John was fantastic, we went in with an idea in mind and to our surprise we were introduced to an amazing cabinet style bed that does not have to be bolted to the wall but still has the look, feel and quality we wanted for the bed.  He really went above and beyond to explain to us the different options and ensured we were thrilled with our final selection.  It was A HUGE PERK they had the style and color we wanted in stock so we are able to get it delivered within a week rather than waiting 10-12 weeks!
