10 stars! An exceptional experience from beginning to end. SERVICE: Burt and Ken were always helpful and endlessly patient in each of my several visits to the store. They went the extra mile(s) to ensure I had the right mattress, putting my satisfaction ahead of all else even when the confusion regarding the order could have been my own doing. They were always kind, considerate and helpful, as was everyone with whom I interacted. THE BED: I am thrilled and could not be happier with the results. The unit is well constructed and easy to use, and extremely comfortable. Installation only took a few hours and the men left the room clean. LIFE WITH A “NEW” ROOM: Having moved into a small 1 bedroom apartment, the Murphy wall bed has essentially given me another room. So I now have a 2-for-1 bedroom apartment. Perfect!
